CNA-Ready is a study tool, not a licensed training program. Passing scores on our practice exams and quizzes do not predict or guarantee passage of your state's CNA competency examination or state certification. Always verify clinical information with your state-approved training program and your state's official CNA candidate handbook.
By accessing or using CNA-Ready ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
CNA-Ready is an independent educational preparation tool designed to help candidates across all 50 states study for CNA certification competency examinations. The content provided is for study and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional medical advice, clinical training, or instruction, and does not replace any state-approved CNA training program, clinical curriculum, or supervision by a licensed healthcare professional.
Nothing in the Service should be used to guide real patient care decisions. All clinical skill content is presented for study purposes. Always follow your employer's policies, your supervising nurse's direction, and your state's current CNA Candidate Handbook when providing care.
CNA-Ready makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — that use of the Service will result in passage of any state's CNA competency examination (written or skills), state certification, or employment as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Practice quiz and exam scores are simulated metrics for self-assessment only.
CNA-Ready is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or associated with any state health department, state nurse aide registry, state licensing authority, Headmaster LMS (D&S Diversified Technologies), Pearson VUE, or any other state or federal agency or testing vendor. "NNAAP" is a registered trademark of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN). CNA-Ready has no affiliation with NCSBN.
We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and aligned with the NNAAP framework and general CNA curriculum standards. However, states may update curriculum requirements, testing procedures, or CNA licensing pathways at any time. CNA-Ready does not guarantee that all content reflects the most current regulatory requirements in your state. Users are responsible for verifying accuracy with their state's Nurse Aide Registry, testing vendor, and the current CNA Candidate Handbook before sitting for an examination.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
CNA-Ready reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unacceptable activity.
CNA-Ready offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy available upon request.

All content, features, and functionality of CNA-Ready™ — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, study modules, quiz questions, scenarios, and clinical skill walkthroughs — are the exclusive property of CNA-Ready and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
"CNA-Ready" is a trademark with a pending application for registration in the United States. The ™ symbol is used to assert trademark rights in connection with this brand name and related marks while registration is pending. Unauthorized use of the CNA-Ready name, logo, or any confusingly similar mark is prohibited.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. CNA-READY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CNA-READY AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE; (C) FAILURE TO PASS ANY EXAMINATION; OR (D) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF CNA-READY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CNA-READY'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (I) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CNA-READY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (II) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CNA-Ready and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
By creating an account or providing your email address through any form on CNA-Ready (including sign-up, newsletter, contact, or checkout forms), you agree that CNA-Ready may send you service-related messages as well as promotional communications about CNA-Ready features, offers, and other educational products or services we may develop in the future.
Every promotional email we send will include a clear and easy way to unsubscribe. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time without affecting your ability to use the Service or receive account and transactional notices. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and all applicable email marketing laws.
CNA-Ready reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which CNA-Ready operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims involving intellectual property rights.
